As a Registered Psychotherapist and a Metabolic Balance® Coach, I specialize in supporting emotional well-being through an integrative approach that combines psychotherapy with personalized nutrition.

Using the Metabolic Balance® program—a personalized meal plan based on real, whole foods as a basis—we aim to restore balance, improve mood, and support your overall mental and physical health.

The plan comes in four phases.

  • Phase 1 is a preparation and cleanse, and it lasts two days.
  • Phase 2 is two weeks of strictly adhering to food list and quantities.
  • Phase 3 is exploratory phase, where you determine which foods are right for you.
  • Phase 4 lasts a lifetime – it becomes a way of life.
